SHORT FILM JURY OF 9th DUHOK IFF

We are honored to reveal this year’s jury members. This year’s Short Film jury is led by Jury President Swedish screenwriter and director Jennifer Malmquist who graduated from the Polish National Film School in Lodz. Jennifer will be backed up by three talented up-coming filmmakers who all will have their feature debut within a year; director, Tuna Kaptan, received his education at the University of Television and Film Munich and has directed both fiction and documentary. Filmmaker and video artist Aboozar Amini left his home country Afghanistan in 2001 and later graduated in Filmmaking at the London Film School and Contemporary Art at Rietveld Art Academy in Amsterdam. Paris-based Screenwriter, director, and cinematographer Mohammad Shaikhow was born in Qamishli (West Kurdistan/Syria) and later graduated in Directing from ENSAV.
