DOCUMENTARY FILM JURY

For the Documentary Jury Paxton Winters will take the seat of jury president. Winters is known for his impressive documentaries tracing the Silk Road, discovering local communities of Rio de Janeiro and the frontlines of the indigenous resistance to protect the Amazon rainforest. Winters will be joined by Duhok city’s source of pride, Reber Dosky who completed his studies in Film Directing at the Netherlands Film Academy Amsterdam and since has received international recognition for his documentary films as well as German violinist, Anais Boelicke, who played in the Moroccan Philharmonic Orchestra as the first violinist and since 2020 has been a director at the Goethe Institute Iraq.
