Apo Bazidi: International Short Film Jury member at 8th Duhok IFF

Award-winning filmmaker and founder of film studio Burn A Light Productions in San Francisco, Apo Bazidi will join the Jury for the International Short Film Competition. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Television Production from the University of Southern California in 2011. Apo’s films are primarily concerned with social issues and the importance of global cultural interactions. His most recent work, How Far is Home and Resistance is Life, won 10 festival awards for best documentary.
