Director Hakar Abdulqadir Died due to Heart Attack

We are very sad to lose the director “HAKAR ABDULQADIR” may his soul rest in peace.
Kurdish cinema lost a great director.
Hakar was an active member of the Duhok IFF, and also participated in the festival with some of his works.
In 2017 he won the Governor award for his documentary HAVIBON.
We pay our tribute to his soul and his family.
