British filmmaker Rodney Charles is leading the Documentary Jury Section 

We are happy to declare that Rodney Charles will serve as Head of Jury for the Documentary Section. The London native has accomplished international recognition for his screenplay “Once Upon a Time” which went on to be screened at Venice, London, New York film festivals. Anais Boelicke, who is the current Institutional Leader of Goethe Institut Iraq, and kurdish actor Rekesh Shahbaz are completing the jury.
