The documentary portrays the life of a Yezidi Sufi. Baba Chawish has been living  for over 15 years in the holy temple of Lalish and lives the lifestyle of a Sufi: Alone and isolated from the whole world, he prays for another life. The film explains the cultural and sacred ceremonies of the Yezidi religion, the roots of which come from Southern Kurdistan.



Aso Haji was born in 1973 in Erbil, Iraq Kurdistan. He studied at the Institute Media in Erbil and works as a journalist and documentary filmmaker.
